A separate warehouse is utilized to store wet bench carcasses and all re-useable components until such time as they are needed for working on.
Consequently, it is possible that lead times for equipment may be shorter for Vinylglass re-manufactured wet benches.

Re-manufactured components may be anything that is not in contact with the process chemistry although in certain circumstances high value items such as quartz baths, high purity pumps etc. may be supplied as "re-manufactured" with the customer’s agreement.
Normal re-manufactured items will be things such as power relays, control computers, optically isolated interface boards, solenoid valves, air switches, drain valves and similar components.

The wet bench carcass might be re-manufactured but in some instances may be of new construction where the construction is identical to a bench that has been manufactured previously.

Control software where applicable will be the original Plade 6 Sigma system that has been proven over the last 10 years in service in the field.
